04 / ACCESS CONTROL

Goodbye keys.
Hello control.

Keyless entry for homes, gates, granny flats and shared properties. Manage who gets in, when, and from where — with full audit logs and remote control from your phone.

What you get with a access control install.

The features that actually matter day-to-day — not just the spec sheet buzzwords.

Keyless entry

PIN codes, fingerprint, RFID fobs, or mobile credentials — pick what suits. No more hiding spare keys under the mat or giving copies to tradies.

Time-based schedules

Cleaner's code only works Tuesdays 9am–1pm. Kids' codes only during daylight hours. Admin stays in control, always.

Audit log

Every unlock is timestamped and attributed. See exactly who entered, when, and at which door. Invaluable for cleaners, rentals and shared spaces.

Mobile credentials

Phone becomes the key. Issue digital keys via SMS, expire them at will, and never worry about lost fobs again.

Remote unlock

Let someone in from your phone, anywhere. Perfect for Airbnb, cleaners, and unexpected deliveries.

Multi-door & gate control

One system covers front door, back gate, garage, side entry, granny flat. Unified credentials, centralised management.

Who it's for.

The situations where this system makes a real difference.

  • Families tired of lost keys

Everyone gets their own code or credential. No rekeying when a key goes missing, no duplicate-cutting trips.

  • Airbnb / short-term rental hosts

Generate one-time codes per booking. Automatic expiry. No lockbox theft, no key handovers, no late-night meetups.

  • Shared gates & duplexes

Each unit gets its own credentials but shares the gate. Audit trail shows who came and went from which unit.

  • Home offices & granny flats

Separate access for business clients or renters without giving them access to the main residence. Clean separation of zones.

Common questions.

Can it replace my existing deadlock?+
Most modern smart locks replace the cylinder directly, keeping the same deadbolt mechanism. Others require a strike replacement. We'll confirm during site visit.
What happens if the power goes out?+
Battery-powered locks keep working for months between charges. Wired systems use UPS backup. Either way, low-battery alerts give you plenty of notice.
Is my phone's Bluetooth secure enough?+
Modern mobile credentials use rolling encryption, not static signals. They're more secure than a physical key (keys can be copied — encrypted phone creds can't).
Can I keep a traditional key as backup?+
Absolutely. Most smart locks retain a physical key override. We recommend keeping one stored securely off-site.
How many users can I have?+
Residential systems typically support 50–500 users per controller — way more than any family or rental needs. Easy to manage via the admin app.
